THE BLUE MOSQUE:

In 324 AD the Roman emperor decided to re-build it into a U-shaped stadium with larger seating capacity on both sides. GRAND BAZAAR:

It will be included in your Istanbul walking tour but yes drinks will be excluded.

TOPKAPI PALACE:
Once done with the lunch, we will make our way to the topkapi palace. You will find there a small yet funky fountain building right before approaching the gate. This fountain was built by Sultan Ahmed III in 1728. During the second half of the Ottoman Empire, it served as a meeting point. It is considered to be one of the most significant landmarks when enjoying the walking tour of Istanbul.

RUSTEM PASHA MOSQUE:
Last but not the least, spend time looking at the astounding beauty of the Rustem Pasha mosque. Even a quick visit to Istanbul is not considered complete until one visits this mosque. It was designed by a famous architect from the Ottoman era in 1561. At the beginning, cobalt blue and turquoise tiles were used but then in 16th century pale purple and sage green tiles were introduced. The day comes to an end at 05:00 p.m. and we’ll head back to the hotel, take a rest while reflecting on the places you visited in one day while exploring the old city of Istanbul.

• We kindly ask you to be ready in the lobby of your hotel 5 minutes before your definite pick up time.
• Blue Mosque is visited from outside on Friday mornings until 13:00 because of noon-pray
• Hagia Sophia Museum will be closed on Mondays between 1 November 2019 - 31 March 2020. On Mondays, when Saint Sophia is closed, we visit the Chora Church, famed for its mosaics. 
• On Sundays we visit Nuruosmaniye Street around Grand Bazaar since Grand Bazaar is closed
• Since Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays, this tour can not be operated
• We do not recommend this tour for the persons having walking difficulty

This tour is not wheelchair-friendly.
Hotel pick-up is available from most central Istanbul locations and old city hotels. Please contact us to confirm your reservation and to arrange for the pick-up from your hotel or a nearby location.
You will receive confirmation of your exact pick-up time when you call to confirm your reservation. Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
