COOKING ALA TURKA TOUR

OVERVIEW: - 

After a brief explanation of the dishes and their origins, we cook for 2 to 3 hours and then enjoy a relaxed lunch or dinner with a class or two of local wine.
 

MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY (CLOSED ON SUNDAYS):

Lunch: 10:30 to 14:30
Dinner: 16:30 to 20:30

To confirm a class, we need a minimum of 2. Our maximum class size is 10, in rare cases 11.   All our classes are conducted in English.

After a brief explanation of the dishes and their origins, we cook for 2 to 3 hours and then enjoy a relaxed lunch or dinner with a class or two of local wine. We work as a group, dividing the simpler tasks like chopping onions, garlic, tomatoes and herbs, but you will be involved in each vital step of the preparation process so you get enough practice to recreate the same dishes at home.We don't aim to turn you into a professional Turkish chef in just a couple of hours. We want to introduce you to the ingredients typically used in Turkish cuisine and to teach you how to prepare and combine these in different ways than you may be used to, all this in a fun and relaxed setting.

Önceki deneyiminize bağlı olarak bazı temel pişirme tekniklerini ve birkaç düzgün küçük püf noktası öğrenebilirsiniz. En önemlisi, aileniz ve arkadaşlarınız için evde yeniden üretilecek fantastik bir 5 çeşit Türk yemeğini nasıl hazırlayacağınızı öğreneceksiniz.

Daha sonra, bu yemeklerin bir kısmını yerel şaraplar ve restoranımızda keyifli bir şekilde sohbet etmek için birlikte oturacağız, diğer dinleyiciler de damlamaya başladı.

• No Payment is Required to Secure Bookings, but only E-Mail Confirmations is sufficent.

• 48 Hours before the Tour starts.
• The rates are subject to availability and therefore to final confirmation.
• The offer includes VAT and all service and reservation charges as known date of quotation.
