Our company agrees only to partial compensation in an afford to cover particular unprovided service in case of any failure and refuses to pay full refund or full compensation for any disappointment and any extra. *Our firm is not responsible for theft or loss of any belongings of clients. *Travel insurance is professionally advised to (F.I.T.) travelers for unpredictable incidents. *Minimum-participants: 1 Person to  7 Paxes.  Cancellation through the organizer at the latest 48 hours before beginning. *Head please: The sequence of the sightseeing follows that openning hour and Days of the sightseeing place. *We can arrange for pre/or post-tours or hotels accommodation for this of you who want to see more of Turkey. *We can also arrange for a special tours in Istanbul. *........ USD/EURO per person is due at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. This balance is due one month prior to tour departure. No refund will be given for unused tour service after commencement of tour any reason. We recommend trip insurance. *Please add 8% for any amount paid by credit card, except for intial deposit. IST Travel accepts bookings subject to the following conditions. A 'Client' is all persons named on the booking form intending to travel with IST Travel A 'Product' is any service sold by IST Travel. All clients will be deemed to have read, understood & accepted all Booking Conditions. To confirm a booking, IST Travel requires that the agent has taken full payment of all monies due. A contract between the client & IST Travel comes into existence when IST Travel has confirmed the booking in writing & issued a Confirmation. The person signing the booking form (that incorporates these terms & conditions) warrants that s/he has full authority to do so on behalf of all persons whose names appear thereon, & confirms that all such persons are fully aware of & understand these terms & conditions. The said contract, including all matters arising from it, is subject to Turkish Law & the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish courts. No employees or representatives of IST Travel has any right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms & conditions, not to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of IST Travel, unless such be in writing & signed by the Director of IST Travel. IST Travel reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion without further explanation. Amendments & Cancellations by Clients Clients can cancel at any time. The cancellation will be effected at the time that IST Travel receives a written request from the client & the following cancellation charges will apply. Prior to 6 weeks of departure, 10% of the Net Product cost. Within 6 weeks until 4 weeks 25% of the net product cost. Within 4 weeks until 2 weeks 30% of the Net Product cost. Within 2 weeks or less no refund is given. No refund is given for a partially used Product. After the booking has been confirmed proposed amendments must be advised by 'the Lead Client' & will incur an administration fee of equivalent to EURO 30.00 except for the first change that will incur no fee. No requested change can be guaranteed. If any number of the party is prevented from travelling because of death, injury or serious illness of the client, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another suitable person or departure date or tour of similar standard & cost provided that written notice is confirmed by IST Travel. If a refund is payable by IST Travel to the client, the refund amount will be calculated according to the conditions set out in Section 2.1 & with consideration of evidence of exceptional circumstances. IST Travel will not pay fees charged to the client by the client's bank for processing the credited amount. Information & Pricing Policy. Your reservation request will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit which is 25% of the total tour rate. Please note that travel arrangements are not confirmed until you receive our written confirmation. The balance of the total amount is due in 30 days prior to the tour date unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. Hotel / Airline bookings & tour reservations received within 60 days to departure require full payment. Before a booking is confirmed, IST Travel reserves the right to amend price of product due to any circumstances outside the control of IST Travel such as but not limited to changes relating to governmental action, increases in transportation costs (including schedule airfares & the cost of fuel) changes in any dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services (including landing taxes or embarkation / disembarkation fees at airports), increases in admission fees. Payments can be made via bank transfers (Subject to 20 Euro processing fee; account details to be provided upon booking) Visa or MasterCard, via authorization (Subject to 3% processing fee; credit card copy may be requested). Product information is published by IST Travel in good faith & IST Travel will use its best endeavours to operate all Products. IST Travel reserves the right to change any of the facilities & services described in its publications & to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation & accepts no liability for loss of enjoyment resulting from any change. Cancellation by IST Travel IST Travel reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking in any circumstances, however, IST Travel will not cancel a Guaranteed Departure Product except in the unusual circumstances of force majeure, defined here as war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, flight cancellation or any other external circumstances beyond the control of IST Travel. Compensation is not available if IST Travel is forced to cancel or in any way change a tour due to force majeure but where IST Travel is unable to provide the tour booked, IST Travel will return to the Client all monies paid to IST Travel (less any insurance premiums paid) or offer an alternative date or holiday of comparable standard. Travel Insurance Adequate insurance is mandatory for all clients to cover at least but not limited to medical & repatriation expenses, loss of luggage & cancellation or curtailment of a Product & should not exclude any planned adventure activities from the time of booking for the full duration of the Product as a minimum. A client & his personal belongings are the sole responsibility of himself. IST Travel accepts no liability on the Client's behalf where IST Travel has provided a Product of a reasonable standard. Clients are fully responsible for arranging their own insurance. Liability of IST Travel IST Travel Products & in particular, adventure activities, contain an element of risk to the personal safety of the Client that other package holidays may not contain. By accepting these Booking Conditions Clients are aware of the risks inherent in their chosen travel & Clients undertake such risks at their own volition. IST Travel accepts no liability of Client's damages where IST Travel has fulfilled its Duty of Care to Clients by providing Products of a reasonable standard. IST Travel accepts no liability if there has been no fault on the part of IST Travel or its' suppliers, & the reason for the claimed damages was either the Client's fault or a result of unusual circumstances beyond the control of IST Travel by force majeure & the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with all due care. In respect of carriage by air, sea & rail & the provision of accommodation, IST Travel's liability in the said cases will be limited in the manner provided by the relevant international conventions. IST Travel accepts no liability if additional costs to the client are incurred through delay, accident or disruption of the Product(s) beyond the control of IST Travel by force majeure. Travel Documentation It is the responsibility of the clients to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, vaccinations, preventative medicines & other medical certificates & all necessary travel documents IST Travel is not liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the necessary travel document requirements. Information about these matters is given in good faith by IST Travel but without liability. Health & Conduct All Clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit & able to complete the itinerary of their chosen tour as described in the brochure. Any clients with pre-existing medical conditions or illness must declare the true nature of such conditions at the time of booking, & make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Such a client is required to provide a medical statement from a General Practitioner to confirm they are fit to travel. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions & relieve IST Travel from any obligations & liability. Client Exclusion & Local Law Clients agree to accept the authority & decisions of IST Travel's & its supplier's employees & representatives whilst on tour. If in the opinion of such persons, the health or conduct of a Client before or after the departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the Client may be excluded from all or part of the tour without prior notice or any liability on the part of IST Travel. In the case of client ill health, IST Travel may make such arrangements as it sees fit & recovers the costs thereof from the Client. Passengers agree to comply with the laws & regulations of the countries they travel. IST Travel shall not be liable to any Clients who commit illegal or unlawful acts whilst on tour. Photographing Our authorised representatives may take photographs & films of our clients while using any IST Travel Product. IST Travel reserves the right to use said material for any advertising or promotion without obtaining further consent. IST Travel also reserves the right to use any comments Clients make, questionnaires or complimentary letters with respect to IST Travel or its Products in promotional literature. Complaints If the client has a complaint about any of the Product arrangements the client must raise the complaint immediately with an IST Travel employee so that IST Travel can use its best endeavours to rectify the problem. IST Travel cannot rectify a problem it is unaware of. Failure to complain on the spot will extinguish or at least reduce IST Travel's liability to pay compensation. Should IST Travel be unable to resolve the problem on the spot a complaint must be made at your earliest convenience.
