PRIVATE BOSPHORUS & TWO CONTINENTS TOUR (Full Day)

OVERVIEW: - 

A full day Bosphorus tour in the morning by boat and in the afternoon by car when you will visit the Asian Continent of istanbul.

After breakfast around 08:30 am, we will meet you at your hotel and leave for a full day Bosphorus tour. We will visit the two continents of Istanbul.

City Walls Constantinople's great city walls were breached only twice in 1600 years. The first breach occured in 1204 during the Fourth Crusade, the second breach was led by Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror in 1453 with cannons and troops.

Golden Horn as a natural and extremely secure harbour, the Golden Horn has played an important role in the development of Istanbul. The inlet separates the European shore into two. It is approximately 8 km long, and the widest part is the entrance from the Bosphorus. Two streams drain into this inlet at its far end.

Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Bazaar) the air here is filled with the enticing aromas of cinnamon, caraway, saffron, mint, thyme, and every other conceivable herb and spices.

Bosphorus Cruise is an amazing cruise between the two continents, Europe and Asia, along the Bosphorus by the Dolmabahce and Beylerbeyi Palace, wooden villas and mansions up to the Rumeli Fortress.

Rumeli Fortress : we will see it from the sea. Istanbul had been besieged many times before Mehmet the Conqueror took the city in 1453, but it managed to defend itself with the help of the Roman city walls.

* We have lunch in a traditional fish restaurant then continue the afternoon tour

Bosphorus Bridge is a unique chance to step from one continent (Asia) to another (Europe)

Beylerbeyi Palace is the summer residence of Ottoman Sultans on the Asian side with its original furniture, magnificent gardens and the Harem.

Camlica Hill is one of the highest points in Istanbul. At the top of it you can rest and admire the magnificent panorama of Istanbul and the Bosphorus as you sip your drinks in a cafeteria.

Around 17.00 pm we`ll be back at the hotels.
