EXPLORING TURKEY

ISTANBUL /BURSA/KUSADASI/PAMUKKALE/KONYA/CAPPADOCIA/ISTANBUL
 

Day 1: Arrival -  Istanbul
Meal: (Lunch and Dinner included) (L,D)
Meet and greet with English guide in Istanbul Ataturk Airport. Upon arrival have an Indonesian Breakfast and visit the Blue Mosque also known as Mosque of Sultan Ahmet, with 6 minarets. View its glorious interiors and distinctive blue tiles. Next, view only remains of Hippodrome of Constantinople, which consists 3 monumental columns and a fountain. This is where chariot races took place in the past. Then visit St. Sophia Church, is a former Eastern Orthodox Church Converted to a mosque and must see attraction because of its religious and architectural significance. After lunch break, visit Topkapi Palace, once the seat of the Ottoman Empire. Presently it is a museum palace with a wide collection of porcelain, antiques, holy relics and other treasures. Photo stop for dressing like Ottoman Sultans and Sultan’s favorites.
Overnight in Istanbul

Day 2: Istanbul - Bursa
Meal: (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included) (B,L,D)
After breakfast, drive to Bursa taking a ferry across the Sea of Marmara. Bursa was first capital of the Ottoman Empire. Visit the Green Mosque, Green Mausoleum, the Grand Mosque and the silk market. Enjoy shopping for textiles. You may take the cable car to Uludag Mountain(optional if time permits).
Dinner and overnight in Bursa .

Day 3: Bursa - Kuşadası
Meal: (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included) (B,L,D)
After breakfast at hotel, drive to Selcuk. After lunch, proceed to explore Ephesus, one of the World's most outstanding archaeological sites. You will find awesome structures such as the Library of Celsius, Hadrian Temple, Marble Street and Agora. Visit one of the seven Wonders of the Ancient World - Artemis Temple. Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 4: Kuşadası - Ephesus - Pamukkale
Meal: (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included) (B,L,D)
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a leather show and then continue to Pamukkale and visit the ruins Ancient City of Hierapolis and explore Cotton Castle, a world heritage site, made of fascinating white terraces and pools created by calcareous hot spring water flowing down the mountain. In the evening enjoy thermal water of the hotel. Overnight in Pamukkale.

Day 5: Pamukkale - Konya
Meal: (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included) (B,L,D)
Following breakfast we will drive to Konya. Enjoy lpcal lunch in the town Kadıhanı. Arriving Konya, visit the museum of 13th century Philosopher Mevlana which used to be the cloister for Mevlevi Dervishes. Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi was a philosopher and mystic of Islam.
Transfer to hotel, check in and relax.
Overnight in Konya.

Day 6: Konya - Cappadocia
Meal: (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included) (B,L,D)
After breakfast you may drive to Sille Vilage for a short visit. Drive to Cappadocia. Visit Sarhatlı underground city on your way After a sunset stop by Urgup, check in to your hotel..
Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 7: Cappadocia
Meal: (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included) (B,L,D)
(Morning: Optional Hot air Balloon). After breakfast at the hotel start exploring the valley starting from the Pigeon Valley and a photo stops will be made at Uchisar 'Castle" Village. Next, get the rare chance to experience the beauty and work of Turkey's handmade crafts through a turkish carpet weaving establishment.. Continue to the Goreme Open-Air Museum . Then proceed to Avanos Pottery Village, set on the banks of the Kizilimak (Red River). Finally, a chance to view Turkish semi-precious Turquoise and the Sultanit stone.
Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 8: Cappadocia - Ankara - Bolu
Meal: (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included) (B,L,D)
After breakfast inside hotel, drive pass picturesque Salt Lake and arrive into Ankara - Capital of Turkey. Our Ankara sightseeing highlights include the magnificent Ataturk Mausoleum and Museum, the final resting place of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, who was regarded as the father of modern Turkey.
Overnight in Bolu

Day 9: Istanbul - Departure
Meal: (Breakfast, Lunch included) (B,L)
After breakfast drive to Istanbul. Upon arrival, take a regular boat to enjoy a cruise along the Bosphorus. After a late lunch, Proceed to 500 Year Old Grand Bazaar, a maze of stalls and shops selling, carpets, textile, jewelry, handicrafts, ceramics, Turkish coffee and many other local products that attract tourists.
Transfer to Istanbul Ataturk Airport for your departure flight.

Under 2 years of age, your child will travel free of charge by land. Per Flight ticket insurance cost will be 20 Euro only.
Children under 6 years of age are charged at 50% of a full priced of an adult rate
Children 7-11 years of age are charged at 75% of a full priced of an adult rate
Children above 11 years old are full priced on adult fares.
