These Terms concern your legal rights and responsibilities that are applied when using this website.
www.gotravelturkey.net belongs to the Silvi Tour with the head office at (Mecidiyeköy Mah. Lati Lokum Sok. Fidan Apt No:7 - Kat:1 Daire:3 Mecidiyeköy - Şişli / Istanbul - TURKEY, that is registered with the Trade and Companies Registry of TURSAB Licence No: 10911.
www.gotravelturkey.net offers various tourist services and particularly excursions, tours, visits, recreational, cultural and gastronomic discovery activities.
All reservations are done on this website imply the full acceptance of the T&C and the payment of the amounts due with respect to the bookings made.
T&C can be updated and amended without notice at any moment. It is compulsory that the User consults the website and the Terms & Conditions regularly. The updates apply as of when they are published on this website.

C – Reservation
Most services offered on www.gotravelturkey.net are subject to availability. If the selected service on the Website is not available, no other claims can be made.
All reservations will be considered effective upon receiving the voucher by the customer and not upon receiving the payment confirmation sent by Go Travel Turkey.
Users must accept the Terms & Conditions of the Website and the Specific Partners Conditions that could apply in some cases in order to be able to order a service on the Website.
The order confirmation that contains the essential elements, such as ordered service(s) and the price will be sent to the User by e-mail within a short time after the date of the order.
D – PRICE
The prices stated on the Website are per person, apart from those stated in the shopping cart. Prices mentioned include all taxes unless specified otherwise.
Prices mentioned are subject to change with no notice and will become final only after receipt of confirmation. The pricing is not in itself a guarantee.
Prices include all the services mentioned in the description of each tour or activity.
Prices stated on the website are only valid for reservations made online, directly on the website.
Listed promotions are only valid on the Website and they cannot be purchased on other sales channels. These promotions have certain characteristics, especially the mentioned dates.
Prices mentioned on the website do not include tips to tour guides, drivers or local guides, passport or visa fees, luggage and personal insurance, items for personal use, food and beverages or any other purpose not included in the service descriptions.

AFTER RESERVATIONS
F – VOUCHER
The order of a service will be finally confirmed after receiving the voucher that will be sent to the provided e-mail address in order to confirm the approval of the order.
The customer has to read the voucher in the e-mail or the website if it permits, to access this voucher he is responsible for printing the voucher.
The customer has to print the voucher before the departure and present this printed form of the voucher to the service provider, otherwise, the reservation cannot be considered valid.
In order to avoid any fraud, further, identification could be required, like the presentation of the card used for payment, as well as signing the voucher.
The bank card in itself is not considered proof of purchase.
G –CHANGE RESERVATION
The customer can request changing of a reservation unless the reserved services are listed as “cannot be changed or canceled”.
Changing the date of the reservation is never guaranteed and will be done according to availability.
All change requests have to be sent to info@gotravelturkey.net with the necessary information like reservation number, the name of the customer, date of service and reference. These requests will be processed in the shortest amount of time.
As specified, no change of date or cancellation can be made for those services listed as “cannot be cancelled or modified”, or those that take place on special dates.
H- CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
All requests for service cancellation or changing of reservations should be sent to the e-mail address: www.gotravelturkey.net specifying the number of the reservation, name of the customer, reference and the date of the reservation. The request will be processed as soon as possible.
All interruption of the tours or services during their delivery, at the demand of the customer, will not give the right to any refunds. All customers that arrive after the start time of each tour or service will be considered a “no-show” and not entitled to refunds, no matter the reason.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or alter certain tours without prior notice if the safety or comfort of the passengers is influenced in case exceptional situations closure of landmarks that are not linked to the activity of the organizer.
J -Claims
Claims have to be sent and received no later than 45 days from the date of the tour. Claims have to be sent by e-mail to www.gotravelturkey.net or to our postal address.
PRIVACY & RIGHTS
K – Responsibilities
The schedule, program, and length of each tour or activity can change at any time. The price of each tour or activity includes all the services contained in the description of each tour or activity.
L – Photos and illustrations
All efforts are made in order to provide photos or illustrations that show the User an overview of the offered services. These images and illustrations are only supplied in order to show the User what type of accommodation and the comfort degree and do not imply any commitment past that purpose.
M – Personal effects
Go Travel Turkey and its partners will not be held accountable and do not guarantee the return of any personal items or luggage that is left in tour vehicles or any other place.
N- Documents
The User has the responsibility to show that he/she is in possession of the documents necessary for its visit and that he/she has the visa and passport in order to identify its identity. In case of lack or loss of the documents, no refunds will be given to the User.
DATA PROTECTION
O – Data
– The information supplied by the User on the Website is only used to process and fill the orders made.
– The data needed to process and fill reservations is marked with an asterisk in the Website.
– Other information requested that is marked as optional and regards the interests of the User is only used to know better the User and to send offers for services, as well as to improve these offered services.
P – Cookies
When visiting the website, a “cookie” (tiny text file) will be created and saved on the hard drive of your computer. This cookie will identify you when you visit the website so we can improve the website navigation and personalize the experience you have online.

S – Intellectual Property
Adventour Turizm has the intellectual ownership of property rights to everything contained on the Website.
Consequently, it is strictly prohibited the reproductions, modification, transfer or use of any or all parts of the website, unless you have the express prior permission of Go Travel Turkey. However, partial reproduction is somewhat tolerated only for private purposes.
The resell of services or using the website for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden, unless a written permission is given before by Go Travel Turkey.

LIABILITY OF THE CUSTOMER
T – Governing Law and Competent Court
Customers agree and accept that is will indemnify Go Travel Turkey from and against any kind of damage or loss that Go Travel Turkey could suffer due to the breach of the obligations of the Customer that are stipulated in this T&C hereby upon the first request of Go Travel Turkey.
These General Terms are governed by Turkish law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation and/or execution of this Agreement hereby is referred to the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul Centre.
U – Passports, Visas & Insurance
The Customer has the responsibility to check the entry requirements, particularly visa and health requirements for Turkey, as these are subject to change. We also advise that Customers purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance Policies prior to departing. Many of these policies will reimburse in case of cancellation or alteration of travel dates.

1 Payment Advance payment is not required unless the package includes plane tickets or the cost of the services bought exceeds 500€. Prices are subject to change without notice. All applicable taxes at the time of booking are included in the price of the tours. Package tour prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Single room supplements and triple room reductions are listed where applicable. Not all accommodation types are available on all tours. For group reservations customers are requested to contact Go Travel Turkey for prices, terms and conditions.
1.1 Forms of payment Payment can be made on the day of the tour in cash or by credit card (Visa, Master). Advance payment can be made by wire transfer to our bank account or by credit card (Visa, Master).
2 Cancellation Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure in writing (letter, fax or email). Any cancellation requests received after this date are subject to full or partial payment.
2.1 Cancellations of package tours including plane tickets have to be made at least 1 month before the scheduled departure and are liable to penalties charged by airline companies. Cancellations made later are charged 50% of the tour price. Cancellations made later than 1 week before the tour starts are charged 100% of the tour price.
2.2 Cancellations of tours including hotel reservations have to be made at least 1 week before the scheduled departure. Cancellations made later are charged 50% of the total price of the package. Cancellations made later than 3 days before the tour starts are charged 100% of the tour price.
2.3 Cancellations of hotel reservations have to be made at least 7 days before scheduled departure. Cancellations made later are charged 100% of the first night.
2.4 Cancellations of daily tours and balloon flights have to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Cancellations made later are charged 100% of the tour price.
2.5 Cancellations of tailor-made group tours have to be made at least 2 months before the tour starts. Cancellations made later are charged 50% of the total cost. Cancellations made later than 2 weeks before the tour starts are charged 100%.
3 Refunds In order to claim the right to a refund or change the booking, the cancellation must be done according to the rules described in Cancellations. No refunds are authorized for any trip that has already commenced.
4 Pickup and drop-off
4.1 Cappadocia tour prices include pickup from and drop-off to a hotel in Göreme, Uçhisar, Ürgüp, Avanos, Nevşehir, Çavuşin or Ortahisar unless specified otherwise. Ephesus and Pamukkale tour prices include pickup from and dropoff to a hotel in Kuşadası or Selçuk. Istanbul tour prices include pickup from and drop-off to a hotel in Sultanahmet.
4.2 Pickup from and drop-off to other locations is available at extra charge. Customers are required to be in the reception of their hotel at the appointed time, if they fail to be there they are still charged the cost of the tour and are not entitled to any refund. Customers are generally picked up within 15 minutes of the appointed time.
5 Health / Fitness All customers are advised to have comprehensive holiday and travel insurance coverage including out of country medical coverage. It is also recommended to be fit and in good health to take part in these tours. Some tours involve a significant amount of walking and some scrambling over rough terrain on archaeological sites. It is the responsibility of the individual customers to decide whether they are medically fit and able to undertake these tours.
6 Hotel accommodation All rooms on package tours are standard double or twin-bedded (two single beds) rooms with private facilities, unless the customer has specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. Triple rooms generally consist of a double bed and a single bed. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. All hotel rates are based on agreements Go Travel Turkey has with its suppliers and are not negotiable. Hotel check-in time is generally not before 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of the accommodation.
7 Transfers Transfers are provided as indicated for each tour by car, minivan or coach. Your arrival transfer is guaranteed for up to one hour from the scheduled arrival time in order to compensate for minor delays. Go Travel Turkey or the transfer company are not responsible for flight delays, for any reason, beyond one hour from the originally scheduled arrival time. In case of a delay, whether due to a flight delay or time spent reporting baggage damage or loss, it is the responsibility of the customer to make other transfer arrangements such as a taxi. Transfer costs are not refundable and any additional expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
8 Car rental These Terms & Conditions contain a summary of some of the rental conditions. For full, detailed conditions refer to the conditions schedule in the car rental agreement. To rent a car, drivers must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. Car rental terms and conditions are subject to change but usually do not include gasoline, tolls, ferries, additional insurance, taxes, infant seat charges, or surcharges for additional drivers. Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis. Early return of the vehicle does not entitle the customer to any refund of the unused portion of the rental. Fees associated with rental exceptions and/or late car returns are not covered by Go Travel Turkey.
9 Travellers Requiring Special Assistance Any disability requiring special attention should be reported to Go Travel Turkey at the time the reservation is made. Go Travel Turkey will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of such travellers, but will not be responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, and other independent suppliers. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a customer for walking, dining, or other personal needs. Travellers who need such assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion.
10 Visas & Passports The customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the Turkish Customs. The customer has to consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed and is responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently. Go Travel Turkey is not responsible for providing the customer with specific visa and passport information or documentation and cannot accept liability for any customer refused entry onto any transport or into Turkey due to failure of the customer to carry the necessary documents. All passengers traveling to Turkey are required to have a passport valid for at least for 6 months after leaving Turkey and a valid visa.
11 Liability Go Travel Turkey is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or irregularity arising from negligence by any third party or the negligence of its customers. Go Travel Turkey cannot be held responsible for a failure of sub-contracted services.
11.1 If some parts of the tour programme cannot be fulfilled due to unforseen circumstances not controlled by Go Travel Turkey, customers are only liable to a partial refund if 25% or more of the programme was not provided. The amount of the refund depends on the percentage of the itinerary not provided.
12 Complaints Any complaints have to be reported immediately to the guide or Go Travel Turkey personnel who will do everything possible to resolve the matter. If the problem cannot be solved on the spot, a written complaint must be filed as soon as possible, but not later than within 24 hours after the end of the trip. Written complaints must be sent to Go Travel Turkey or e-mailed to info@gotravelturkey.net. Evidence of the breach of contract and documents that prove extra costs and possible damages must be enclosed with the message. Complaints made later than 24 hours after the problem occurred or after the tour finished cannot be accepted and are considered expired. |
